About the role
- The Domestic Violence Rapid Rehousing Case Manager is a vital team member of the Domestic Violence and Supportive Housing (DVSH) program at Shelter House.
- Case management services are provided in a client-centered manner driven by the survivor's self-identified goals and with respect for self-determination.

- The case manager uses their knowledge of housing opportunities and services in the community to assist survivors in obtaining and maintaining permanent, safe housing.
