About the role
- This role is critical to enabling our customers to seamlessly connect our product into their existing infrastructure.
- You will work directly on designing and implementing integrations that are scalable, reliable, and easy to deploy across multiple enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across environments and ensure high reliability and performance
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between our platform and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow)
- Develop APIs, connectors, and data pipelines to enable seamless system interoperability
- Work with customer system architectures to implement robust and scalable integration solutions
- Build reusable integration frameworks and connectors to accelerate future deployments
- Partner with engineering, product, and customer teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in systems or integration engineering
- 6+ years of experience integrating with at least one major enterprise system (SAP, Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience working with system-of-record (SOR) architectures and enterprise data flows
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing, execution-driven environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with iPaaS or integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Background in finance, audit, or operational enterprise systems
