About the role
- As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store's overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience.

- Responsible for overall store performance and KPI's
Responsibilities
- Experienced in creating effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
- Knowledgeable in how to build new and repeat business through customer clienteling
- Opportunities to grow with the brand and develop your skills
Requirements
- At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to work full time hours, with open availability
Skills
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
Compensation
- Salary range $75,000- $85,000 (range may vary based on experience)
