Responsibilities

  • You will interface and collaborate with other IS departments to ensure that the office and users are working efficiently and that their technical needs are met.
  • Support end users with desktop support and deployment of hardware and software.
  • Deliver timely support through a sense of urgency - communicate progress of incidents and service requests to end-users throughout the lifecycle of their ticket.
  • Communicate with peers, other IS staff, IS management, business group managers, and other employees in support of end users and the corporate IS infrastructure.
  • Leverage excellent troubleshooting skills and technical proficiencies in support of a variety of hardware (Dell, Apple, Samsung, Google, etc.) and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation and processes.
  • May plan and manage IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and external resources.

Requirements

  • You work to establish credibility and forge strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Facilitator: You can guide groups to work together better, understand their common goals, and navigate disagreements smoothly.
  • Essential Skills & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or a related field) and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • In depth experience with: Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, tablets, printers, conference room equipment, etc.
