Requirements
- Doctorate with a dissertation in teaching discipline, or a Doctorate degree with a dissertation within concentration that is in teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline).
- Specific industry, military or university training, or experience in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Management, Science, Administration, or Transportation.
