About the role
- This position supervises an average of 30 staff members.
Responsibilities
- Supervises clinical staff, including nurses, LNA/technicians, HUCS. Recruits, retains and manages performance.
- Creates, implements and maintains financial performance efficiency and productivity targets.
- Manages general onboarding and orientation activities and ensures communications are documented.
- Maintains an account of staff attendance and reliability. Processes payroll in accordance with best practices.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to utilize nursing process in clinical/management.
- Experience Minimum of five years as a Registered Nurse and minimum of one year in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Develops and implements clinical protocols and work flows and monitors compliance with regulations required by DNV, OSHA, CLIA and other regulatory bodies.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, hear, and speak.
- The employee is occasionally required to climb, do repetitive motion, smell, and stand.
Compensation
- Conducts annual performance evaluation of staff in collaboration with Manager.
