Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys and consultants with case preparation, including drafting legal submissions and compiling evidence in support of applications.
  • Maintain accurate case records and update internal case management systems in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Utilize internal technology platforms, including WRapid and other case management tools, to track case progress and manage documentation.
  • The Canadian Law Clerk assists with the preparation of immigration applications, conducts legal research, and supports case strategy while ensuring that filings meet regulatory requirements and client service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and government filing requirements.
  • Interested applicants will be required to provide a resume and cover letter.

Nice to have

  • 5-7 years of experience supporting Canadian immigration with a focus on work permit applications preferred.
