Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
5-8 years of previous people management experience.
you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
Travel Required:

You have deep expertise in AKS, FCA, FCPA/ABAC, and global transparency (e.g., Sunshine/Open Payments and international equivalents).
You have strong experience designing and implementing metrics, dashboards, and analytics frameworks to monitor program effectiveness and risk.
You are a strategic thinker and hands-on builder, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving structure and clarity.
You excel at influencing and collaborating across global organizations, with strong executive presence and communication skills.

You will have the opportunity to shape and mature core program elements, including governance structures, global policies and processes, training strategy, risk assessment, and data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who brings deep subject matter expertise and has successfully built or transformed compliance programs in a fast-paced, global environment.
