About the role
- We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to own and scale our paid acquisition engine.
- This role will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and is ideal for someone with deep experience managing large-scale budgets, driving efficient growth, and building a high-velocity experimentation culture across channels.
Responsibilities
- Scale and optimize campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, affiliates, and emerging channels, with a strong bias toward testing, iteration, and capital-efficient growth
- Partner closely with creative, brand, product, and analytics teams to drive creative strategy and feedback loops, turning performance insights into stronger ad concepts, messaging, hooks, landing pages, and conversion paths
- Build a rigorous experimentation engine across audiences, bidding, offer strategy, funnel structure, creative formats, and attribution, using data to identify where incremental spend can drive outsized returns
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class performance reporting system, including forecasting, budget allocation, channel mix modeling, and incrementally thinking, so leadership can make fast, informed growth decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, preferably in a consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environment
- Deep expertise across major paid acquisition platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Google, and YouTube
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, incrementally testing, and performance modeling
- Track record of scaling growth while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams
- Experience in trading, fintech, or financial products
- Familiarity with advanced attribution models and incrementally testing frameworks
Nice to have
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($50M-$100M+ preferred)
Compensation
- Help with performance marketing across paid channels, managing a minimum of $100M+ in annual ad spend with clear accountability for CAC, LTV, payback period, and revenue growth
