About the role

  • The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Assemble, solder, weld, bond, coat, and test medical devices and related components according to documented procedures
  • Operate automated and manual test equipment to verify product functionality

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination required
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures required
  • Ability to rotate through multiple tasks and stations as business needs required
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance required
  • Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment required
  • Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
  • Physical Demands:
  • The physical demands listed here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Ability to use standard hand tools used in the assembly of medical devices.
  • Demonstrated manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
