About the role
- The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assemble, solder, weld, bond, coat, and test medical devices and related components according to documented procedures
- Operate automated and manual test equipment to verify product functionality

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination required
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures required
- Ability to rotate through multiple tasks and stations as business needs required
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance required
- Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment required
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Physical Demands:
- The physical demands listed here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to use standard hand tools used in the assembly of medical devices.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
