Required Qualifications Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree Be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction) Must have at least 1* year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: A federal clerkship is preferred. superior oral and written skills as well as strong research and interpersonal skills, and good judgement
Applicants must also demonstrate excellent computer and literacy skills to include experience with automated research on the internet, electronic court filing, and electronic email and word processing systems.
Hiring preference will be given to applicants with prior trial experience and those who have demonstrated the ability to handle complex cases from the initial investigative stage through trial.
Applicants should familiarize themselves and comply with the relevant rules of professional conduct regarding any possible conflicts of interest in connection with their applications.
