Responsibilities
- Brighton Jones is seeking a Senior Trust & Estate Manager to support our Family Office team and Brighton Jones Trust Company.
- In addition, as the primary point of contact for Brighton Jones Trust Company, you will be responsible for fiduciary support, coordinating initial trust onboarding, and ongoing trust administration.
Requirements
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and translate trust and estate documents into clear actions and operational requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- This role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with a lot of flexibility.

Nice to have
- 6+ years of direct experience working with high-net worth clients providing family office/private client services, trust and estate and related legal services, and trust administration work.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training.
- Experience within or closely supporting a trust company, corporate trustee, or similar environment strongly preferred
- Experience supporting estate planning strategy and execution, ideally in a Family Office or ultra high net worth client environment
- Deep familiarity with trust structures, estate planning concepts, and fiduciary responsibilities
- Experience supporting trust administration process
- Clear, professional, and concise communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism handling sensitive client information
