About the role

  • IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking Account Managers to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for K-12 education, account management, and customer success.
  • You will handle subscription renewals, upselling, customer retention efforts, and engagement activities in your assigned territory focusing on smaller customer accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer engagement throughout the life of the subscription
  • Develop a deep understanding of IXL's products and what sets us apart from competing programs
  • Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values in order to provide the best in class customer experience and maximize product usage and engagement

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Ability to learn and be an expert on the IXL and related platforms
  • Proven ability to work effectively across teams

Nice to have

  • Account Management/Customer Service experience a plus
  • MS Office, Google Suite computer skills.
  • Salesforce experience a plus

Compensation

  • $300k-$500k
