About the role
- Administers initial treatment at emergency scene, assesses patient response and makes adjustments as needed.
- Gathers and analyzes information and uses reason when dealing with emotional topics.
- Administers medications and i nitiates treatments at the basic level. - Observes, records, and reports to physician or command center personnel, patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.

Requirements
- Prepares required reports and maintains records of activities.
- Obtains all information needed for insurance billings of patients and has knowledge of covered and non-covered charges as they pertain to ambulance services, and insurance guidelines.
- AHA BLS - HCP required.
- HAZMAT Awareness and PHTLS or BTLS Basic required within one year of hire date.
Compensation
- $20.10 - $28.14 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
