About the role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our Account Executives and our prospective customers, playing a critical role in how they understand, adopt, and succeed with our AI agents.
You will be the technical voice of the customer, translating their needs into solutions and providing invaluable feedback to our product and engineering teams.
You will get to show prospects how cutting-edge AI can transform their compliance operations, presenting to both CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers.

Partner with Account Executives to scope and deliver compelling, customized demos that are tailored to the specific business needs of our prospects.
Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and influence our product roadmap.
Comfortable building quick prototypes and debugging code in real-time.
OCC, Fed and FDIC regulated banks use Bretton AI to run compliance, risk, fraud, and operations on one platform, on their own data and policies, with every output traced, cited, and audit-ready.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value.
Experience in fintech, compliance, or with AI products.
