Responsibilities
- Receive and record information regarding each technical problem or request, providing support to identify, diagnose, and resolve basic to complex issues.
- Appropriately route issues that cannot be resolved at the Service Desk to other specialized IT support groups within OIT and across campus.
- Provide technical support for core functions, including the Imaging Center, the Campus Workstation Program, and Enhanced Technology Partnerships.
- Identify user problem trends to assist in developing user documentation, training materials, knowledge base articles, web content, and campus communications.
- Design and conduct structured testing of new services, including performing quality checks on related documentation.
- Represent the Client Experience team on IT projects and committees to assist with support planning and change management for new and evolving services.
- Assist with the training and mentoring of new Service Desk staff, operational partners, contractors, and student employees.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a relevant technical or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of computers, operating systems, and productivity applications.
- Ability to work in the United States, now or in the future, without visa sponsorship
Nice to have
- Demonstrated professional customer service experience.
- CompTIA certification or other related technical certifications.
Compensation
- $60k-$742k
