Responsibilities

Lead projects the "Design Group way," utilizing established Client Trust project management best practices
Safely deliver complex projects successfully within scope, on schedule, on budget
Build client relationships and drives business development through successful project leadership
Provide project design, operational, engineering, construction, and execution subject matter expertise
Lead/Support proposal development
Lead/Support project and design efforts from concept design through start-up
Oversee the engineering team in preparation of plans, specifications, and contract documents
Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, designers, and other technical professionals
Facilitate site, building, and infrastructure design and construction
Manage all client communications and client expectations

In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world's leading companies solve their most difficult problems.
You will join our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.
You will be focused on leadership of our most significant and challenging projects, which may include large Engineering Only, EPCm or Program of Projects, in a client-facing project execution role.
You will enjoy the challenge of fast paced aggressive timelines and derive satisfaction from "doing the impossible".
These projects may be in any of our target sectors, Industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, advanced technology (semi-conductor), food & beverage and other sectors.
