Files H-1B any time — no cap, no lottery. The 2026 weighted-selection rule doesn't touch it, which makes this the strongest structural path for entry-level talent. Pay is often lower, but your odds of staying are dramatically higher.

Lottery odds assume a STEM candidate.

Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

5 transfer filings in the last year, covering 5 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 22 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • The School of Business and Economics (SBE) at Brandeis University seeks an instructor for the AI for Management, a 4-credit course in Spring 2027 semester.
  • The course provides a durable managerial foundation in how contemporary AI systems are trained and used, why they can produce fluent but wrong or unsafe results, and how evaluation and process controls reduce those risks.
  • The class meets for 1.5-hours, twice a week.

Responsibilities

  • Students then apply that foundation to source-grounded research, data analysis, multimodal communication, specification-driven application building, workflow redesign, and enterprise implementation.

Compensation

  • The University's pay ranges represent a good faith estimate of what Brandeis reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting.
  • The pay offered to a selected candidate during hiring will be based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience and education/training, internal peer equity, and applicable legal requirements.
  • for this position between $10,00 to $12,000 depending on qualifications.
  • Pay Range Disclosure

Benefits

  • Candidates with minimum qualification of doctoral (Ph.D.) degree along with relevant professional qualifications and experience with Agentic AI and no-code AI, machine learning and data science will be given preference.

Equal opportunity

  • Statement
  • Brandeis University is an equal opportunity employer which does not discriminate against any applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religious creed, gender identity and expression, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, genetic information, disability, caste, military or veteran status or any other category protected by law (also known as membership in a "protected class").
