Responsibilities
- Plan for and manage personnel resources for engineering projects related to assigned products. Work with engineering group/functional managers to procure resources.
- Manage all technical / engineering work related to assigned products.
- Understand all technical aspects of assigned products to effectively optimize development activities, minimize risk, ensure complete and solid designs, ensure complete validation and verification criteria, and ensure prudent technical and design decisions.
- Collaborate with a lead engineer on these activities.
- Manage projects related to assigned products, balancing requirements, budget, and schedule.
- Release phase including product design transfer and release (see below).
- Lead transfer of new products from Engineering to Production.
- Develop project requirements. Support Product Requirements Document and Market Requirements Specification creation.

Requirements
- BS in ME, EE, CS, CSE, Physics or equivalent technical degree or experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of increasing managerial experience is required.
Nice to have
- MBA degree a plus.

- $152,534.40 - $228,801.60
- This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations.
