Juris Doctorate from ABA accredited law school required.
Member in good standing of a State Bar Association required.
5+ years of in-house or large law firm experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or capital markets transactional work required.
Experience in financial services preferred.
Experience in annuity/life insurance industry preferred.
