  • The Investment Database Manager is responsible for overseeing the firm's presence across third‑party databases and platforms utilized by institutional investors and consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all consultant and industry databases (e.g., eVestment, Preqin, etc.) with both qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Implement a quarterly update process to ensure database accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with members of our business development and relationship management teams to strategically prioritize consultant based on pipeline and strategic focus.
  • Track consultant ratings, research activity, and competitive intelligence to support sales initiatives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, templates, reporting processes, and automation.
  • Maintain internal documentation and version control for all submitted materials.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to enhance data feeds or integrations
  • Support product positioning by ensuring strategy narratives and competitive differentiators are consistently reflected across platforms.
  • Sales & Consultant Support
  • Contribute to consultant-related business development efforts, including support for RFPs, finalist presentations, and strategic communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in institutional asset management, consultant relations, sales support, product management, or performance/data roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively across teams and levels.
  • Ability to translate complex investment information into clear, accurate database content.
  • 1 - 5+ years of experience in institutional asset management, consultant relations, sales support, product management, or performance/data roles.
  • Understanding of institutional investors, investment products, and the consultant ecosystem across public and/or private markets.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with large, complex data sets.

Compensation

  • NY: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary + target annual bonus
  • BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing.
  • The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations.
