Responsibilities

- The position maintains accurate asset and lifecycle records and contributes to reporting and continuous process improvement efforts that support operational efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement of end-user hardware, software, accessories, and mobile devices and services.
- Process purchase requests, create purchase orders, track fulfillment, and coordinate timely delivery including expedited shipments and issue resolution.
- Support employee onboarding and ongoing workforce needs by provisioning equipment for new hires and managing refresh, replacement, and upgrade cycles for obsolete or damaged assets.
- Partner with vendors to obtain quotes, manage pricing and negotiations, monitor performance, and resolve delays, discrepancies, or service issues.
- Maintain accurate asset and lifecycle records from procurement through deployment and decommissioning, while validating invoices and supporting accounts payable processes.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
