Responsibilities

- Leads the execution efforts of assigned business.
- Recommends and supports staffing requirements for the assigned business.
- Implements plans to comply, and monitors standards for HVAC operations.
- Drives service and installation operational review meetings, reviewing bids and estimates for accuracy.
- Implements other managerial responsibilities, i.e., performance reviews and acquisitions consistent with established business strategy.
- Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews, and development plans for direct reports teaming with the appropriate matrix functional manager.

Requirements
- Under general supervision oversees required day-to-day activities of field technician team and plans monthly technician routes.
- What we look for Required A minimum of five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services.

Compensation
- $ $89,400 - $134,250 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
