Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, high-visibility features that power hospital operations nationwide.
  • Help design and evolve our backend for reliability, performance, and growth.
  • Partner with Product, Ops, and Customer teams to turn user needs into elegant, impactful solutions.
  • Support team productivity through code reviews and best practices.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguity well, and focus on what moves the needle.
  • You love turning ideas into software and iterating fast based on feedback, and can balance your own contributions with unblocking others on your team.
