About the role
- This role is responsible for defining what is allowed on Linktree and how those rules are interpreted and applied in practice.
- You'll work closely with Trust & Safety Operations, Legal, Product, and Communications to ensure policies are effectively implemented, well understood internally, and transparently communicated externally.
- You will also play a key role in evolving our policies in response to emerging risks, enforcement insights, and industry developments.

- While we're mindful of time zones and occasionally collaborate outside the typical 9-5, we lean into async work to keep things flowing.
- You will lead policy authoring, manage complex edge cases, and establish enforcement guidance that drive consistency and fairness across the platform.

Compensation
- The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $165,000-$200,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
