About the role

  • We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our York, PA facility.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain maintenance request log, prioritize, and satisfy maintenance requests.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and log to service systems as needed and or recommended by equipment manufacturer.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to think strategically, analytically driven, and organized.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to learn and apply new concepts and overcome obstacles with change.
  • Ability to work with and influence others in a dynamic manufacturing environment., ability to work shifts as required.
  • Ability to identify and identify repairs as needed.
  • Experience and ability to work in a team setting.
  • Ability to work successfully with multiple business functions of an organization.
  • Typical hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, additional hours may be required when necessary to meet commitment dates.
  • Performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as required.
  • Extensive knowledge of building systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, positive individual who can think innovatively.

Skills

  • Use a variety of hand, power and or pneumatic tools to complete necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and problem-solving skills.
