About the role

  • We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst Specialist to join our team at PM2CM.
  • Hybrid work schedule (Wednesday and Thursday in the office).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to interpret data and create meaningful reports that assist in decision-making.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support various business initiatives.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making across various projects within the organization.
  • You will play a crucial role in developing insights from data, presenting findings, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our business processes and project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a project management or business analyst role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
