About the role
- We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst Specialist to join our team at PM2CM.
- Hybrid work schedule (Wednesday and Thursday in the office).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to interpret data and create meaningful reports that assist in decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support various business initiatives.
- In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making across various projects within the organization.
- You will play a crucial role in developing insights from data, presenting findings, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our business processes and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a project management or business analyst role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
