Responsibilities
- Collaborate regularly with marketing clients, project management, client services, and quality assurance teams to align data strategy with business objectives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple clients and concurrent development of workstreams.
- Produce reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators, uncover operational insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support and guide junior analysts, contributing to a culture of analytical excellence and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience with SQL Server, data integration, ETL development, and data validation techniques.
- Strong command of data storytelling and the ability to explain complex logic to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, and data profiling tools
- proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Python.
- Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis required, preferred in a healthcare or pharmaceutical space
Skills
- Expertise in SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, and data profiling tools; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Python.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple priorities while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Adept at fostering relationships, communicating proactively, and collaborating across internal and external teams.

- $75,000 - $105,000 USD
