About the role

Responsibilities
- Conducts regular supervision meetings and supports employee development.
- Monitors program quality and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

- Master's degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Risk Identification and Screening, Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) collaboration, High-Risk Case Review, Safety Planning, Information Sharing Protocols, and Offender Accountability strategies.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Work Environment Office-based leadership position with routine travel to program sites and community meetings.
- Attendance at evening or weekend meetings, training, and community events.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of domestic violence, sexual assault, victim advocacy, trauma-informed care, and survivor-centered practices.
- Knowledge of community education, violence prevention, and public awareness strategies.
- Knowledge of federal and state grant requirements, including VOCA, VAWA, and FVPSA.
- Strong supervisory, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, documentation standards, and program compliance.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems.
- Experience working within Coordinated Community Response (CCR) models.
- Experience with program evaluation and continuous quality improvement.
- Experience with grant administration and compliance monitoring.
- Experience planning and coordinating public awareness campaigns and community engagement strategies.
Compensation
- $73,500.00 ($1000 additional per year for bilingual capability in English and Spanish, French or Arabic and $1000 additional per year for additional degree of value to ACTS.)

- Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Public Administration, Education, Public Health, Communications, or a related field required.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in domestic violence, sexual assault, victim services, prevention education, or related human services.
- Experience developing and delivering community education, prevention, or outreach initiatives.
- Assists with scheduling, staffing coordination, and operational coverage.
- Oversees community education, outreach, volunteer, and internship activities assigned.
- Supports coordination of multidisciplinary responses involving law enforcement, healthcare providers, courts, and community partners.
