Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional & Vendor Relationships Developing working relationships with other Spindrift departments to facilitate efficient invoice processing.
  • Expectations All Spindrift employees are expected to maintain a high level of integrity, leadership, and drive to deliver results.
  • Comfort preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting schedules to support month-end close.

Requirements

  • The AP Clerk will also assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
  • Must be able to work from our Newton, MA office at least 4 days a week.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience (CPG, food & beverage, or wholesale/distribution environments preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite preferred, but not required).
  • Preferred Tools & Experience The ideal candidate is an individual who possesses a positive can-do attitude and is capable of promptly responding to a dynamic and constantly changing environment.

Compensation

  • In addition to the salary range for this position ($55,000- $65,000),
