About the role
- The Customs Entry Writer is responsible for filing entries with US Customs and other government agencies as well as interacting with importers, government agencies, truckers and warehouses via email and telephone.

- Focusing on industries with unique needs such as life sciences, technology, aerospace and chemicals, the Global Forwarding team understands the sensitivity of your shipments and ensures the utmost attention to detail.

Nice to have
- Clearing goods through customs, working with other government agencies such as FDA, USDA etc.
- Classifying goods according to tariff coding system.
- Preparing and processing import documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
- Arrange for payment of taxes and duties on shipments.
- Assist clients in obtaining bonds and other necessary documentation.
- Arrange for transportation or warehousing of imported products.
- 1 plus years of experience in processing Customs entries in ACE.
- Understanding of PGA requirements.
