Responsibilities

Uses ticketing system to maintain record of repairs.
Maintains routine check on general condition of buildings assigned.

Requirements

1 year job related experience.
Ability to lift heavy equipment.
Knowledge of ticketing software.
Familiarity with painting tools and materials.
Good interpersonal skills along with the ability to deal effectively with people.
Performs electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs as required.
High School Diploma/GED.
Problem solving and mechanical skills.
Good verbal communication skills.
SALARY: $17.60 - $22.00 hourly based on qualifications
