About the role

- The Production operations Analyst will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities across the supply chain, from planning through production ramp
- Manage execution from BOM freeze to delivery, including sourcing, purchase orders, shipment tracking, and invoice validation
- Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Finance) to align needs and support decisions
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive improvements when issues arise
- Support and track production ramp-up, ensuring suppliers meet delivery and quality expectations
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track supplier performance and supply chain status
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, specifically with manufacturing or production focus.
- Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
Skills
- Strong data analytic skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, data analytics, industrial engineering or other related discipline.
