  • Reporting directly to the Head Chef, the person occupying the position of 3rd cook assists the 2nd cook in production.
  • He or she must ensure that the necessary menu items are prepared, that they are complete, that follow-up is carried out and that the food meets quality standards.
  • The 3rd cook must be able to work under pressure, manage time well and have a positive attitude.

  • Qualifications et exigences
  • Diplôme en hôtellerie, restauration, ou combinaison équivalente de formation technique et/ou d'expérience connexe;
  • Un minimum de 1 an d'expérience en cuisine;
  • Le bilinguisme français-anglais est considéré comme un atout;
