Responsibilities
- Cocktail Program Leadership Lead the creation and evolution of Crustacean's specialty cocktail program.
- Develop seasonal cocktail menus inspired by modern Vietnamese flavors and ingredients.
- Conduct recipe testing, costing, and standardization of cocktail builds.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and composure during high-volume service.
- Deliver engaging, guest-focused hospitality while crafting beverages.
- Support bar team during rush periods and lead by example on the floor.
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor beverage cost and maintain profitability targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment.
- Develop training programs to elevate cocktail knowledge and service standards.
Requirements
- Responsible Beverage Service certification required.
