May supervise or mentor individual contributors and/or lead project-based teams, depending on business needs.
Drive scientific excellence and delivery by establishing clear program goals and milestones.
Support the Group Leader, BeOne Institute and build and develop a high performing team and foster team members professional growth, technical expertise and scientific expertise.
Lead cross-disciplinary or cross-functional collaborations and drive innovation within and beyond the Institute.
Provide scientific guidance and influence decision-making within own research group, while contributing to broader discussions across the organization

8+ years of relevant post-degree experience, including postdoctoral and/or industry research experience, with a strong track record of contributions to drug discovery or impactful scientific achievements.
Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and interdisciplinary research environment, and to integrate multi-disciplinary approaches to solve complex biological problems.
Experience providing guidance and mentorship, supporting development of team members.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
A Ph.D. or, M.D., with 8+ years of experience or equivalent.

$183,000.00 - $228,700.00 annually BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location.

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
