About the role
- The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Day one, you will own Figure's data operations expansion: the strategy for where we go next and the team that gets us there.
- You'll stand up new sites against volume, quality, and velocity targets, build the playbook that makes each launch faster than the last, and partner across engineering, product, and ops to make it happen.
- Lead the global expansion team that stands up new data operations sites, owning launches from site selection through steady-state handoff to local operators
- Identify and launch in new geographies, managing entity setup, localization, facilities, partnerships, and community building to establish presence in target regions
- Build and continuously improve the expansion playbook: the repeatable systems, SOPs, and tooling that make each new site launch faster and more reliable than the last
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and ops to develop the new hardware, software, and operational systems each site needs
- Own the expansion dashboard, tracking volume, quality, and throughput across sites daily, identifying bottlenecks, and shipping operational fixes fast
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with local partners, agencies, and vendors to accelerate market entry and growth
- Hire, develop, and lead the people running launches, growing the team as expansion accelerates
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes
Requirements
- 5-10 years in Operations roles at startups and/or global corporations
- Experience working across cultures or in international markets
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish
- Fluency in Arabic
- Experience managing physical-world operations in addition to digital platforms

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $100,000 and $160,000 annually.
