Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the Global Streaming Technology & Product organizations, including key cost drivers, operational metrics, and strategic priorities.
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Product, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
Support month-end close activities, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
Perform cost analysis, financial walks, and ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
Collaborate effectively with adjacent finance teams to ensure alignment across forecasts, reporting, and business planning activities.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience developing materials for senior leadership.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or a related analytical role.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, BPC, Hyperion, or similar financial platforms.

Compensation

$80,000 - $95,000.
Support all planning and forecasting processes, including Long Range Planning, Annual Budgeting, quarterly forecasts, monthly pacing, and executive operating reviews.
