Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Global Streaming Technology & Product organizations, including key cost drivers, operational metrics, and strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Product, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
  • Support month-end close activities, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
  • Perform cost analysis, financial walks, and ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with adjacent finance teams to ensure alignment across forecasts, reporting, and business planning activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience developing materials for senior leadership.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, BPC, Hyperion, or similar financial platforms.

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $95,000.
  • Support all planning and forecasting processes, including Long Range Planning, Annual Budgeting, quarterly forecasts, monthly pacing, and executive operating reviews.
