About the role
- The role is responsible for installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as performing preventive maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
- This position is designated as a Tier 2 respondent for designated campus emergencies and events.
- In this event of a declared campus emergency, the position incumbent will make every effort to return to campus when directed.
Responsibilities
- This position performs skilled maintenance and repair to support the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of campus facilities.
Requirements
- Completion of an approved apprenticeship program for multiple trades or a high school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience.
Compensation
- $18.67 to Negotiable Hourly
