Lead a Team That Empowers Independence The Arc of Ocean County is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to help lead our Adult Day Services Program.
This leadership position offers the opportunity to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while helping oversee program operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services are delivered every day.

Bi-Weekly Overtime Opportunities Available Your Impact Support Program Leadership Assist with the day-to-day management of Adult Day Services operations to ensure programs run efficiently and effectively.
Partner with program leadership to maintain high standards of service delivery and participant care.
Help coordinate daily staffing needs, workflow, and communication to support smooth program operations.
Develop People & Programs Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to program staff while promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Encourage meaningful participation in community activities, vocational experiences, and skill-building opportunities.
Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and person-centered environment for individuals receiving services.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a direct support, vocational, or adult day program setting.
Ability to successfully complete required background screenings and maintain compliance with agency drug testing requirements.
