Responsibilities
- Lead a Team That Empowers Independence The Arc of Ocean County is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Supervisor to help lead our Adult Day Services Program.

- Bi-Weekly Overtime Opportunities Available Your Impact Support Program Leadership Assist with the day-to-day management of Adult Day Services operations to ensure programs run efficiently and effectively.
- Partner with program leadership to maintain high standards of service delivery and participant care.
- Help coordinate daily staffing needs, workflow, and communication to support smooth program operations.
- Develop People & Programs Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to program staff while promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Encourage meaningful participation in community activities, vocational experiences, and skill-building opportunities.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and person-centered environment for individuals receiving services.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a direct support, vocational, or adult day program setting.
- Ability to successfully complete required background screenings and maintain compliance with agency drug testing requirements.
