Responsibilities

  • Performs maintenance tasks utilizing equipment requiring some manipulative skills.
  • Inspecting equipment regularly to identify issues and perform preventive maintenance.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
  • Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check.
  • If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
  • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree
  • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree
  • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree
  • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
  • Work Schedule and Location: 40 hours per week. Must be available weekends, mornings and/or nights work required. Schedule is subject to change based on division needs. Work location would be at College Park Neighborhood Center.
