About the role

Mindoula Health is seeking Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) licensed in Tennessee to join our Substance Use Disorder Program and serve our substance-exposed members.
Our Substance Use Disorder Program focuses on prenatal and postpartum care, as well as supporting individuals facing substance-exposed living.
Collaborative work environment where you'll provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and work alongside your team to coordinate care across various substance use disorder treatment settings.

Assess, plan, and implement care strategies that are individualized by members and directed toward the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care.
Document all member assessments, care plans, and referrals provided.
Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.

8 weeks of paid parental leave
Collaborate with the member, family, and healthcare providers to develop an individualized plan of care.
Advocate for members and families as needed to ensure their needs and choices are fully represented and supported by the healthcare team.
