About the role
- Investigate and resolve data issues by performing root cause analysis and coordinating remediation with Technology teams.
- Experience supporting RESTful API integrations and validating data exchanges.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, data mappings, and user stories to support HR data platform enhancements.
- Analyze HR data across systems to identify gaps, validate outputs, and support integration with downstream consumers.
- Partner with HR, Technology, and testing teams to define test scenarios, validate results, and support end-to-end testing activities.
- Assess downstream data requirements and conduct impact analysis to support platform changes and releases.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports (standard and custom) to support operational, analytical, and reconciliation needs.
- Experience working with HR data, HRIS/HCM systems (primarily Workday), or data platforms in a business analysis, data analysis, or product support capacity.
Requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and data-related specifications.
- Working knowledge of HR systems and enterprise environments, including how data flows across integrated platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Workday report writing and reporting solutions.
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Knowledge of French and English is required.
