Requirements

  • Must-have Expert-level backend development experience with Java, Python (Spring Boot, Fast API, multithreading, messaging) Proven experience building cost-effective agentic AI solutions and frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience architecting solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, vector and graph databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Nice-to-have Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience with ElasticSearch, Neo4j, ClickHouse.
