About the role

  • As a PC&IS / Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting electrical, automation and process control systems that enable safe, compliant and efficient industrial operations.
  • The role combines hands-on engineering expertise with project coordination, technical leadership and collaboration across multidisciplinary, international teams and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of complex engineering programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards by performing risk assessments, equipment reviews and technical evaluations to protect people and assets.

Responsibilities

  • Job Description Lead the design and implementation of electrical and automation systems, including power distribution, PLCs and control systems, to support safe and efficient industrial operations.
  • Manage engineering projects in line with defined timelines, budgets and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors to coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities across international teams and vendors.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic support through cost estimation, stakeholder communication and team mentorship to ensure successful delivery of large scale engineering programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a PC&IS / Process Engineer, Automation Engineer or in a related engineering role.
