About the role
- This pivotal role involves managing leasing activities, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, maintaining tenant relationships, and coordinating property maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations with attention to legal compliance, including Landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Section 8 guidelines and other government-assisted housing programs; manage related documentation efficiently.
- Support sales efforts by promoting available units and upselling features that enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain office organization through filing, data entry, phone etiquette, and timely follow-up on inquiries or complaints.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms
- experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
