Drive Results: Manage multiple print stations simultaneously, juggling re-runs and new schedules to ensure we never miss a customer deadline.
Technical Problem Solving: Use our ERP system to log materials and troubleshoot equipment abnormalities before they lead to downtime.
Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with Facility Managers and Production Leads to pivot quickly when emergency changes or data discrepancies arise.
Safety & Quality First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and use PPE to ensure a "Safety-First" environment for yourself and your team.
We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
In this role, you won't just run a machine; you will own the "circulatory system" of our customer deliveries by managing data, initiating high-speed laser print jobs, and ensuring every product meets our zero-defect quality standards.
