- TeamWorx Security is seeking an exercise planner and instructor to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop cyber exercises for combatant commands.
- Create and update after-action reports, lessons learned and process improvement plans.
- Design custom, realistic, scenario-based cyber exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity training tools, processes and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity goals by utilizing relevant policies, directives and doctrines to create exercise plans.
- At least 9 years of demonstrated experience in researching, developing and designing exercises
- As the Cyber Security Exercise planner, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your strong research and analytical skills when developing realistic scenarios that challenge existing protocols, while ensuring all exercises meet relevant requirements.

Compensation
- $140,000-$175,000
