This position also leads the interdisciplinary treatment team which includes coordination of interdisciplinary clinical formulation and biopsychosocial treatment plan goals, interventions, delivery and outcome assessment.

Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, with skill in prescribing and managing psychotropic medications.
Experience providing trauma-informed, person-centered care that emphasizes dignity, hope, and successful reintegration into the community.
Experience responding effectively to complex clinical situations, adjusting treatment approaches as needed, and demonstrating sound judgment in high-stakes environments.
