Responsibilities
- This position also leads the interdisciplinary treatment team which includes coordination of interdisciplinary clinical formulation and biopsychosocial treatment plan goals, interventions, delivery and outcome assessment.

- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, with skill in prescribing and managing psychotropic medications.
- Experience providing trauma-informed, person-centered care that emphasizes dignity, hope, and successful reintegration into the community.
- Experience responding effectively to complex clinical situations, adjusting treatment approaches as needed, and demonstrating sound judgment in high-stakes environments.
