As the bridge between our customers and our engineering team, you'll combine legal expertise, product thinking, and customer success to ensure our platform solves real-world problems and continues to evolve based on customer needs.
Identify opportunities to improve legal workflows through AI, automation, and process optimization.
Establish success metrics, monitor customer progress, and proactively address adoption challenges.

Document best practices and create reusable playbooks to accelerate future customer implementations.
Own the Customer Journey Own the customer relationship from onboarding through long-term adoption and success.
Partner with Sales to support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to long-term customer growth.
Drive Adoption & Strategic Enablement Serve as the voice of the customer within Newcode, ensuring customer insights influence product development and future innovation.
Develop a deep understanding of each customer's legal workflows, business objectives, and operational challenges.
Recommend and implement AI use cases that align with customer goals and deliver measurable business value.
